If you are ready to claim a doodle puppy, please fill out the application below. I am very prompt at answering texts and emails. If you do not hear from me within 5 hours of submitting your application, please call 320-360-7996. To hold the puppy, you'll also need to make a deposit.  For your initial deposit, I can accept Venmo, cash if you meet me in person, or a check in the mail. You may make your final payment in cash, or via Venmo.
